We are a digital tax firm that advises our medium-sized clients with a high level of professionalism in all matters of tax law. Together with DATEV, we offer our clients and employees support in the creation of new processes and the introduction of digital accounting.

Competence

Our employees are constantly undergoing further training and the firm promotes further education and training, e.g. to become a tax specialist or tax consultant. Our clerks take part in client meetings because we are successful as a team.

Flexibility

We are a strong partner for our clients, but we also expect efficient communication and processes. We can therefore offer our employees a flexible 4-day week from Monday to Thursday and thus promote a better work-life balance. It goes without saying that we allow you to organize your own vacations and work flexible hours.

Modern workplaces

We don’t just rely on modern and up-to-date equipment in our offices, our home office workstations are also easy to set up thanks to pre-configuration and coordination of the hardware and offer almost the same functions as your own desk in the office. We have dual monitors, video and audio equipment and height-adjustable desks at every workstation.

Flat workflows

We are sure you know the situation! You have a problem, you can’t get any further, the client and the tax office are annoying and you have no contact person who can solve the problem. In a team, everyone has their strengths and weaknesses, and our flat work processes ensure that the necessary contact person is available. The office management is available on a daily basis and works on an equal footing. You will also have your own mentor as a direct contact person for your induction.

Digitality

Not only do we offer our clients the accounting of the future, our employees also benefit from using the best software equipment we can offer. Together with DATEV, we ensure through regular training that our employees learn and apply future-proof work processes. Together we are strong, if you still have room for improvement in the digital tax office, our team will help you to master the digital processes.
