Execution of wills
Protection beyond death
When writing their last will and testament, the testator often has a concrete idea of how their assets and possibly their company will pass on after their death. The motivation is not only to provide for the surviving dependants, but also to preserve the life’s work and avoid disputes within the family. The testator can appoint an executor to oversee the last will and testament.
In principle, anyone can be appointed executor of a will. However, the complex legal matter and the necessary impartiality of the executor make it advisable to entrust the task to a third party with business knowledge.
We fulfill the certification guidelines of the Arbeitsgemeinschaft Testamentsvollstreckung und Vermögenssorge e.V. and are listed in the list of executors. The testator must be able to trust the executor. Get to know us in a non-binding initial consultation.
In addition to the traditional tasks of executors, we also offer estate settlement and administration services outside of the execution of wills. You can also appoint us as authorized representatives for heirs who require assistance in commercial matters.
